This course will guide you during your first adventures on the climbing wall! Learn the basic climbing techniques and pick up good habits right from the get-go.

This climbing course includes three 2-hour lessons. You'll spend 6 hours with one of our coaches, who will teach you everything you need to know to get you started and set you off on the right track!

The emphasis is on a good warm-up, injury prevention and, above all, the techniques needed to get started in this wonderful sport!
